Just finished work and this bowl of McClelland Oriental Mixture No. 8 in a 1982 black sandblasted medium bend W.O. Larsen freehand with a black vulcanite stem.

Now smoking MacBaren Modern Virginia Flake in a post WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 Bulldog with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. Suzy and Molly want some play time, so I'll be busy with that until I tire them out.

I've turned a lot of people on to it because it's a good smoke at a very reasonable price. It's a go to blend for me, too.

I’m starting July with Solani Aged Burley Flake in a Larsen trumpet with an acrylic stem. I just added an adapter for reduction from 9mm to 3mm. That was perhaps the best 95 cents I’ve ever spent. It’s going to be hot today. I probably won’t get any more smokes until tonight.

Just finished a bowl of Butternut Burley in a Briar Spirit pipe shaped as a bent rusticated calabash with a smooth rim. Next up will be a bowl of Royal Yacht in a Briar Spirit pickaxe with rusticated sides and a cross grain front.

First smoke for July was Sutliff #515 RC-1 in an MM Legend Rob Roy ... Zen Blend coffee to drink.
While this is certainly no McC #5100, it's not too shabby and will make a great blending tobacco.
