Just made for lunch and dinner a Mexican 3 bean and rice, green onions, jalapeño peppers and sweet peppers, a spicy & sweet sauce, vegetarian style.
Cold filtered water on the rocks.

Theo was raised Catholic and her mom used to always forget it was Good Friday and they would have eggs instead of meat , and Pudding just got sick of eggs for dinner. Bummer for me and stink because we love breakfast for dinner. comprise is what its all about. |

Was in Walmart yesterday and came home with frozen sausage patties from Kentucky. "Old Folks" brand. Never tried them before but looked better than the generic Walmart house packages.
Made a bunch of scratch pancakes yesterday. Froze some for future use. They store well and reheat just fine in the microwave oven. Later this morning it will be Kentucky sausage, eggs and pancakes. Great way to start the day,

3 eggs, ham. biscuits and gravy, 1 sausage patty, 2 bacons, and hash browns . I tidbit eat the biscuits and gravy or hash browns.too many carbs!

Need to take morning Meds so.....
A breakfast burrito made with scrambled eggs, sausage,bacon and cheese. A tall mug of fresh Green Mountain Columbian coffee on the side. After perhaps another mug of coffee 👌👍

when done here...Schwan ham/cheese omelet (+ extra sausage link)* store brand hot cocoa should do it.

Had breakfast for dinner......
A huge wrap made with Smithfield honey ham and lots of 3 cheese shredded Mexican with guacamole and a tall glass of ice water. Now I’m good until the morning 👍😤

Headed to the gas station in Hiwasse Arkansas , I don't even know the name of the joint but you can bet they got what you need. its a joint where if it aint on the menu all you have to do is ask and they will accommodate you!

Smoothie this morning: 1 banana, 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), a big tablespoon of Trader Joes Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 2 tablespoons Organic PB Fit Powder, 1 scoop Chocolate Muscle Milk Whey powder. A handful of vitamins...

It is a shame that in a country as rich as ours, so many go hungry. Let's not start a dicussion on the politics of hunger, just reflect quietly on our own about the problem and what we can do about it. Enuf said.

You would think here in NC with all the local farms, black angus ranches, dairy farms that there would be a minimal amount of people starving from hunger. In the 4 plus years living in this State I lost count on how many times I’ve walked my way towards a fast food restaurant and a male or female ( I carry cross draw, my right hand already gripping my Sig P-238 under my shirt. One never knows down here! ) has approached me asking for money for food. I don’t believe in handing money out to street people for alcohol or drugs. What I do is tell them come inside with me and eat whatever you like and take a few burgers too go! In this great Nation we live in there is no reason for people who are honestly hungry/starving should go without food. Beggars for money while at a stop light I don’t donate! |
