For years my go-to blend was Prince Albert. Then it was Lane Ready Rubbed for a little while. Now it's Luxury Twist Flake, and I don't see that changing any time soon.
What's yours?

My go to blends are HH OFF, C&D Engine 99 and Byzantium, Arango Balkan Supreme and a bunch of other Balkans as periodic treats.

For almost 30 years it was BS 759, then it was 965 and Royal Yacht with some McC's Va's thrown in. Today it's Royal Yacht and Arango's Balkan Supreme.

Swr over and over and over and over its just too easy in a cob whilst doing anything. I have to switch it up every so often for a few weeks but then its right back to it.

I'm like @lonecoyote. All my tobaccos are open and I dip into each one almost as frequently as the other. Maybe, in time, that'll change. Who knows.

Were I allowed to smoke only two tobaccos, they would be Blue Capstan and Red Orlik.

LL, only 29 blends are opened now that I’ve been smoking on a weekly basis. I have between 50 to 75 blends that are still sealed, a number of blends I have yet to try. Also a few I’ve tried and don’t care for, which I gift at times when I see a fellow piper that enjoys the blend.

I alternate between CH, SWR and Amphora OB during the week. On weekends I smoke mostly Amphora and flakes.

A daily go-to tobacco is difficult to name because it depends on the day and what I want at the moment. Most of my days are spent in my recliner and I’m fortunate enough to have a good variety in all genres so I’ll list my go-to blend in each. Straight Virginia: McClellend Mature Va. # 25 VaPer: Formers Cross Grained Flake Lakeland: GH Grasmere Latakia: HU Zulu or Arango Balkan Supreme (depends on my mood at the moment) Burley: C&D Three Friars On occasion there are several days in a row that I don’t smoke any of these blends. See my dilemma? However when I do leave the house to visit my doctor, go to the grocery store, and etc., I always carry a pouch of Half and Half. Go figure... AJ

Fortunately the flakes are wrapped in paper, but if I hadn't opened it now, I would have been pissed later. Bold Ky. is just too good to have wasted it. This is a metal tin that is no tin lizzy. Was surprised to see rust and of course...the dreaded mold. Just a heads up for those who are keeping it in the tin. Back to the topic....Butternut Burley gets me first thing in the morning. I have 86 small jars that is my daily rotation choice. So I am never bored with a selection.

For some reason square tins are more compromised with the seal leaking. If they get banged around even before you receive them! If you drop one, open and jar is your best bet. I check my square tins frequently to make sure there is still an air tight seal. A few months ago a tin of Solani ABF must have been dropped before it was shipped to me, upon opening no mold was found. What I did find was bone dry flake tobacco. I used a rehydration method I’ve done for years and after a few days it was back to normal and smoked superbly....but I was 😤 pissed 😠!

Like a lot of you I have tried many different blends. But I always return to my beloved Five Brothers. NightCap an Royal Yacht make up the largest part of my cellar. One thing for sure I'll never see the last tin opened.

Velvet ERR Match Dunhill London Mixture Velvet??? Has the blend changed? Years back it was a decent smoke but in the past 10 plus years it’s changed quite a bit or is it my taste buds?

The blends I smoke the most of, which are kept in rather gigantic jars:
Peter Stokkebye's English Luxury Cornell & Diehl's London Squire Dunhill Nightcap Cornell & Diehl's Billy Budd Mac Baren Vintage Syrian
I keep many pouches and tins on hand, but I don't get into them much, and when I do it is mostly just to keep things interesting. I have been raiding my Dunhill EMP tin quite frequently lately, however. That stuff is just delicious.

Mac Baren Vanilla Flake or Cult Blood Red Moon. I dig the tobacco suggestion as well as the artwork. Stephen Gammell is an incredible artist.

I’ve only been smoking a short while. I like it because it’s cheap and smells pleasant. I’m mostly an English smoker when I’m not smoking inside. I do have some Velvet from 1980 that is far different than today’s production, but I’m not expert

Currently, my go to blends are the ones listed to the left. In the past, they were Penzance, Old Dublin, and Black Mallory, but I'm currently taking a break from Latakia.
