Greetings fellow pipers!
Our next meeting will take place on Saturday, August 11th at 1 PM.
On the agenda will be discussing your favorite method of packing your pipe...gravity fill with the three stage pack? Fold and stuff with flakes, or rubbing them out? Come and share what method works for you.
With Laudisi acquiring the Peterson pipe company what are your thoughts going forward?
We look forward to hearing your opinion on both matters, and hoisting a bowl or two of fine tobacco.

Having eye surgery a couple of days before. So don't know if ill be there. I'm having a cataract removed from the left eye. Think the surgery is the 9th in the morning. Then in about 2 weeks the right eye will be done. Fun and games with eye drops and seeing want to be doctors. |

Today's meeting went well, we had 9 in attendance, in spite of a few people out for surgeries, we are seeing an incremental increase of attendees that really enhances the meetings.  Going clockwise from the left. Gary, Mike, Jon, Dan (face shielded because he is in the witness protection program  ), Chris, Andy, Rost, and Gary. It was good to see that The cigar shop replenished the bulks with some yummy stuff, and some nice Payoc meerschaums and Petersons. The itinerary went down the tubes, we were suppose to talk about packing methods, but the freewheeling conversation dictated the course of discussion...like Pa Kettle used to say..."One of these days, Ma...I will fix that screen door". |

Glad the gathering continues to grow. Couldn't make it myself, today, but it looks like everyone enjoyed themselves.
