Now smoking Amphora Virginia Blend in a Don Larsen trumpet with an acrylic stem. I’m drinking a Canada Dry Seltzer on the rocks. * Did anyone catch it ? 2 bowls of the same blend, which is unusual for you? Nope

Had a good day today trying out Arango Balkan Blend Supreme in these: The Blend was so good that I actually did my own amateur review on it. This is truly one intriguing blend if you like this style of tobacco.

Uhle's Blend 00
Pipe of choice: Kirsten with the Bent System and XL Don Warren custom made Apple Morta bowl. I'm really enjoying my 2 new bowls made by Don on my Kirsten. Well worth the price and a MUST have if you own a Kirsten pipe. 👌👍

Sutliff: 515 RC-1 in an LHS Sculptured Purex Dublin. Coffee refilled. How does this tobacco compare to McClelland 5100, Mike? Those comparisons are being made. Only negative with me, is it's damp & Red VA can aggravate my sinuses. I like it very much, immediately taken with it from 1st bowl. I would add, that if it sounds interesting, order now as it has zoomed up to #11 on the sales chart in a couple of weeks from its introduction and the way things are going, who knows that it won't sell out. It is a tobacco I can't see many pipers being disappointed in.

I have to be careful with Red VA too, as it can bite/burn my tongue, but I sure like the taste and aroma. I like it very much, immediately taken with it from 1st bowl. Enjoying the not so muggy night, 90% humidity instead of 100%, on the back deck.

My last smoke of the day was McConnell Scottish Cake in this old Charatan. Sipping a glass of pineapple juice to stave off scurvy.

Was on the road this week. Got home last night after midnight or so.
While on the road I enjoyed the usual, Arturo Fuente 858's and MM965.
Today I worked from home, enjoying Squadron leader, McCranies Balkan Supreme and Margate in various briars.
This afternoon my two sons, Seth & Nick and I found our way to the club and played a little golf and enjoyed a beautiful day and a true Boys Day Out. Enjoyed several 858's.
After a wonderful Sushi dinner @ Ten Ya, in Pinehurst, my sons and I are in the cave enjoyin a pipe. I'm having a bowl of 1999 McCranies Red Ribbon, Nick's enjoying a bowl of London Dock and Seth is having Peach Cobbler.
Life is good. ;-)
