And a good evening from Bend, OR to all you pipers! Currently 78*, still a tad on the smoky side from local regional fires and Northern California today. Hopefully, the winds will shift and push some of this stuff out of our area so we can see the Cascade Mountain Range once again. Enjoyed a nice pot roast with mashed potatoes, gravy (asked the waitress for some extra gravy on the side, cuz sometimes they're a bit on the stingy side when it comes to gravy), dinner roll, vegetables, and ice tea over at Shari's Pie's this evening. One scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was Arango Balkan Supreme in the Savinelli Antique Shell 3015EX Rusticated Prince of Wales, with a Deschutes Inversion IPA on the side to drink  Have the next two days off from work, but will be getting up at my usual time of 0500hrs/pst to walk the dawgs and feed them upon my return. Then its off to the backyard to take care of a small tree which I cut down a few weeks back, and get it chopped up to fit in the barrel for this Friday debris pickup... |

Now smoking MacBaren HH Balkan Blend in a full bend black pebble finish 2001 Rinaldo Lithos YY8 Titania Silver Line egg with a black acrylic stem. That cigar sure was good, but it was 12 years old.

Half way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. A bottle of Cheerwine made with pure sugar sugar is my drink. Planning the work day.

Enjoyed a light lunch and am now smoking Drexel VIII in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching Mad Dog Russo.
