Thanks to the information shared here, I knew when I placed my order what I was doing and how much I was setting aside for use now and how much Im packing away for the future. Just have to let time pass.

I learn so much from the people here, and my contributions help to undo all that. 🎬You made up for all of that by starting the Marx Brothers thread.🎥

I felt the same - I found them harsh and not very pleasant. I really expected to like the Twist but no go. Their English blends are all very good, though - especially Oriental Supreme. I don't think I've tried any of their aros, but that is soon to be rectified. I'll probably follow trailboss ' advice and let them wait a while before consuming them. I've yet to try their other blends but I saw that Oriental Supreme has gotten good reviews on a separate thread. Which of their aros are you trying first? I went for Sambuca and Black Coffee. I removed Optimum from my cart at the last minute, thinking "do I really need another vanilla aro, even if this one is slightly fruity?"

Yeah this upset me because a very well-meaning friend just gave me a gift card to a shop that only carries Pete's... WAY OVERPRICED. Like over double what it is on SP, even when its not on sale.
I guess I am going to have to buy some cigars with this. Haha. I don't know what else to do with it.

Oh if anyone wants two really badass tobaccos that Pete's sells: English Luxury and Bullseye Flake... Those are my go-tos.

My friend from Long Island sent me an email telling me “ I just ordered some Peter Stokkebye blends for us, yours is on the way as well “!! Oh boy, something to look forward to👍👍. He knows the next two days ahead are rough for me plus I’m all stressed out over not knowing what’s next!

Grabbed a pound of Luxury navy flake to age and 4 oz of Sutliff RR match.
Cheapest order I've made at SP since I picked up the pipe. It felt strange

It felt strange If your going to try a few bowls of Sutliff ERR Match and yours arrives extremely moist, air dry and mix in a bowl for a full 3 days. I received 3 one pound factory sealed bags and all 3 lbs needed almost a week of air drying before I jarred the batch. I did leave out 4 .oz to smoke with the ERR Match from 2/16....a bit of aging makes a big difference 👍👍

Both of better than Escudo by a yard.

Both of better than Escudo by a yard. I agree with you both, but have you tried Peter Stokkebye LBF with 5 plus years of aging? I’ve been smoking from a jar dated 2007....very dark in color and a much more complex smooth creamy smoke👍👍👍

Because of the sale Luxury Navy Flake and Bullseye flake finally pushed 1-Q down to #3 on SP's top selling bulk blends. I think that's the first time I've seen that since I picked up the pipe.

Lane 1Q is a blend I’ve never enjoyed. It’s one of those rare blends that dries my mouth completely....go know! Must be my Ph levels?!?!?!

I bought a lb of the Luxury Twist Flake when I visited their brick and mortar in SC last month and this morning I ordered a lb of the Luxury Bullseye Flake. I've already jarred most of the Twist Flake. Will do the same to the Bullseye Flake.

I hate when the sales are at a time when my funding is about 4-6 Oz..and the sale price does not cover shipping..LOL
