I think I welcomed you the first time, but welcome back anyway. I had a friend in Littleton years ago and we rode bikes from behind his home to downtown Denver. Beautiful place in the summer. In the winter, let's just say that Denver natives can't drive in snow any better than anyone else.

Ahhh well. Howdy neighbor! There are a few exceptions here. If a business makes some portion of its income through tobacco sales, then smoking is permitted indoors. There aren't many places besides actually tobacco shops, but I know of two: 1. The Churchill Cigar Bar at the Brown Palace. Our local pipe club, The League, is meeting there tomorrow (Thursday Oct 11, 7:30). I haven't been in ages, but it's a friendly bunch. 2.Capitol Cigars is a cigar bar right next to the Ogden Theater. Great place to stop in before catching a show. I didn't take my pipe the one time I was there, but I doubt they'd mind as long as you're buying a drink. It's nice to buy a smoke while you'r there, though, as that's how they keep their "smoke here" status. As for parks, I haven't spent much time in parks in Denver proper, but I'm unaware of any blanket restrictions on smoking.
