Their website is interesting.
I like my Mustard straight, generally. The idea of combining mustard with green or red chili is interesting. I may have to try it.
I get mine from Trader Joe's. The Dijon import.

Horseradish Mustard, Düsseldorf Mustard and Jalapeño Mustard are my favorites. Along with good Brown Mustard. I don’t get anything from yellow mustard. Garlic Mustard sounds interesting. For some reason, I really dislike Dijon Mustard. Not a wine guy in any way, maybe that’s why?

Interesting indeed. I like plain yellow mustard on a hot dog or hamburger. It's the American way! I'm sure some of those would kick it up a notch
Brown mustard on sandwiches and sausages (any type of sausage plain sausage, kielbasa, bratwurst, etc)

Thanks for posting Mathew, I really enjoy a good gourmet mustard 👍👍. I’ve made my own Honey Mustard and Roasted Garlic prior, now I’m to lazy......tomorrow I’m going to place an order and trust your recommendation. Their 5-jar variety pack is the best way to sample all of the best they sell. My deviled eggs with their hot red chile mustard.....YUM!!
I also made a horseradish mustard a few years ago, but I must say Boar’s Head makes an outstanding horseradish mustard. Some of the best premium condiments on the market today.

As a former New Mexico resident I can speak highly of the green chile mustard! The brand was carried in the Los Alamos Coop market when I lived there a few years back, all of the product is pretty good.

Probably from Ukraine, downwind from Chernobyl so it has that extra zest! Seriously, I have noticed the Russians do interesting things with peppers. So, this could be good. There is a Polish/Ukranian market about 43 miles north of me. I will have to inquire.

My wife and I really love the Spicey Garlic and the Hickory Almond. We use it with cubes of cheese, meats, and fruits.I was raised with horseradish, so naturally I introduced my kids to it. My son didn't quite understand/believe Mom when she told him to go easy with it.Lol, best ham sandwich I ever had but didn't make. Eric's eyes still tear up when I tell that story.

Mustard is one of those things that can be had for cheap. But it fun to explore the variations you can get.

This stuff right here. It's strong... Makes me sneeze for some reason. Really gets the back of my nose. I have it with roast beef. I use American mustard on hot dogs. There's no other way for me.

In fact I have it with roast beef. I only use the mustard if we run out of the horseradish. I'd go through about three quarters of a jar in one sitting.

I once brought several jars back from London, but that was in the eighties. The only one you can get here, is the Horseradish sauce, which I haven't tried.

Mustard in a tube, simply “ brilliant “ as you say. What will they think of next....tomato paste in a tube....yup, when I lived in Europe it was a very popular food item. What will they think of next stuffing in a tube...toothpaste 😜🤪🤪🤪

Jesper, I’m sure Coleman’s mustard and a dark honey mustard is widely available in Denmark. All you need to do is purchase a fresh piece of horseradish and grate in the amount you desire. Enjoy 👍👍👍
