Since these Crumble Cakes are new Sutliff blends, does that mean that the FDA will make them stop selling them in the near future - to keep them out of the hands of children of course. You know how kids love new pipe tobacco blends. Unless Sutliff pays the FDA fee when the time comes, you'll only have three years to stock this blend. 3 years is more than enough to get a good stock in the cellar.

If these new crumble kakes are pressed versions of existing blends which have been grandfathered under the Deeming FDA regs, maybe they too will be grandfathered. In these cases, the recipes, though not the process, would be the same. I've noticed a number of recently introduced blends have been flakes and cakes, so maybe several manufacturers are pursuing this strategy.

If that's the case, credit to them for exploiting a loophole.
