Okay, I'm going to cast my vote for Krampus, too. It's a nice change of pace when you feel the Christmas walls closing in on you. Another good Christmas horror movie is "Better Watch Out". One of my newer favorites is "The Man Who Invented Christmas". If you haven't seen this one, put it on your list. And I also like "Love Actually", "Elf", and a few others. I haven't seen either of those two. Going to check them out too. Thank you.

Not much of a fan of movies that mix horror with Christmas. Just not my cup of tea.

Favorite Christmas movies - Christmas Vacation -tops on the list , Home Alone 1 & 2 , Charlie Brown, Santa Clause - with Tim Allen, Krampus , A Christmas story , Nightmare before Christmas , Die hard yes it is a Christmas movie , Scrooged with Bill Murray, Polar Express, any of the Christmas Carole's, Disney or the older ones, Then all the Christmas classics i.e Rudolph and Frosty.. That about hits it for me , I could do this year round and have already begun to listen to music on my drive to and from work 30 miles each way.

I like it all, Christmas is a time when even today most people mellow and slow down in their feelings for their fellow man, no Children or grandchildren anymore, but wife is a tree putterupper, big tress, lots of ornaments, always wanting me to critique the tree, I rember losing 90% of my retirement and having to truck Christmas Eve, now having gotten 75% of my retirement back I like to think about the hard miles I’ve seen. Whether you like Christmas or not we Americans are the luckiest people in the world, we need to savor that.

I never get tiered of watching It's a Wonderful Life every Christmas. This is always a must see movie for me during the Xmas Season. Although, I do need a box of Kleenex during the last few minutes of the movie, as everyone in the community and the kitchen sink rushes into the front room, giving what money they can to the Bailey family I like Christmas horror movies. Krampus is my favorite. Krampus Parades?

Watched "A Christmas Carol", 1951, with Alistar Sim, last night on Christmas Eve. Such a wonderful production. Black and white as befits the period of the movie- 1850s.

I know it’s not a Christmas movie, but I watched The Best Years of Our Lives the other night. Remembered how it was when I came home, in February it was so magical for me, went to the old town square across from our Catholic Church, never was a church goer but something compelled me to enter. I sat in the back and reflected on my young life, I guess that movie makes me remember that time in my life. Merry Christmas everyone, great group of human beings here.

In a little while I shall watch that new Christmas movie, "The Death of Stalin".
Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like a Black Comedy about a Soviet Dictator.

I could not bring myself to watch "The Death of Stalin" on Christmas Day. Instead, "It Happened on 5th Avenue", 1947. A great Christmas picture in the tradition of Frank Capra who owned the script for a time but went on to make "It's a Wonderful Life" instead. The former is hard to find but TCM plays it every year. I encourage you all to record it next year. Worth the trouble.
