Posted several smokes in the month. Oh well....
Enjoyed a tasty Jazz apple and some raisins, and my last smoke of the day is Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem.

Posted my morning post in the October thread. Here it is again: Smoked a bowl of GH Dark Bird's Eye in a Dunhill Shell apple with patent number. Started out trying to smoke some GH Sweet Coconut Twist but it was too moist, so I'll DGT it later today. Going to see a surgeon about hernia surgery today. Not looking forward to this.

I had to rehydrate my cache of C&D Yale Mixture with a rehumidifying coin. This experience confirmed what needed no confirmation: only mason jars are good for jarring pipe tobacco. The plastic bailtop in which I got this YM was not good for the long or even medium term, despite the manufacturer's promise of a secure, air-proof seal. So, done. The Yale is now springy again. So, for my first smoke of bleak November, my pipe glows with a slower ember, smoking some Yale Mixture in a pipe I've named Lenore, nameless here for evermore. After breakfast of course, in the Kaywoodie Custom Grain Smooth Billiard 07 (1960-1971).

Some C&D Black Frigate in a Alcazar Poker. Then some breakfast and then to hit the road. Saving the H/H Virginia Nights for later in the day, probably at the next hotel. Hope they have better place to smoke then this one did.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch and am now smoking Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. A bottle of Cheerwine made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Having a busy day so far, but have been watching/listening to Mad Dog Russo.
