I am glad you liked the movie. It sounds like you had a great day with your family. That food looks fantastic.
I would have seen it this weekend, but Fleetwood Mac live here kind of got in the way of that ;-) If you have a chance to catch FM on this tour they're doing... go... they're still amazing.
I am going to have to check out this movie, maybe next weekend. I'm maxxed out after hanging out in an abandoned mental hospital for halloween and fleetwood mac yesterday. Just spending the rest of this weekend hanging out with my pipes, cellar, and my feline friend.
It sounds like you have suffered your way through the weekend.... I would like to see Fleetwood Mac, but the decent tickets at Talking stick arena are at the $300 per seat price point, near the stage is 800 bones...that is waay past my comfort zone.
I dont doubt that the show was great though...Maybe a Go Fund me page?
My tickets were $55 a piece. I never minded being in general admission - my kinda people usually in there anyway ;-) As long as there's seating available, I am usually good to go. I NEVER used to sit during concerts.. but age and injuries change all that.

Glad it worked for you, $55 is doable even in the cheap seats...in PHX, to get from behind the stage will set you back starting at $200....As I get older though it is more about the venue, I don't want to see a concert in a football or basketball stadium, the acoustics suck, and our hockey arena stairs are built for billy goats with sucky acoustics. Talking resort arena is where the PHX suns play seats 18,440 people Although for $55 per seat to see the Mac, I might compromise, but not an option for this show.
I recently saw Alan Parsons a Celebrity Theater that seats a paltry 2,650 people but not a bad seat in the house with a $65.00 price tag and it was a long concert...no seat is over 70' away.

Happy birthday! Meal looks fantastic. I haven’t been to the movies in years, always wait for them to hit HBO, Netflix, Amazon’s prime. However this movie is one I’d like to see. The trailers look good and reviews, at least what I have read are all positive.

Happy birthday Charlie! I found The Keg in 1980 while stationed in Tacoma Washington. I always had a pleasant experience, but I think they were a much more casual restaurant back then. I’ve also been to the one in Calgary a half dozen times, where they put cheese on your steak. I was skeptical when I read the menu, but dang it’s good.
I was hesitant to see this movie despite your glowing recommendation - I mean, Queen - but I entirely agree with your opinion and direction with regards to the NYT. Now, I understand it's "must see."

Thanks Dean,
It sounds like your ld stomping grounds might be like mine...I entered the world at Madigan general hospital...through a weird turn of events it was a Colonel, he slapped me on the butt and said "It is a cold cruel world, I hope you are ready for it"..circa 1960.
I would lie to eat at the one in Calgary when the Calgary stampede takes place...one of them bucket list things.

Saturday night we went out to Ron's chili burgers. I had the sausage cheeseburger and then went to see Bo Rap and I have to say it was one of the best movies that I have seen all year
