Working from home. Have a small water backup problem in the basement. Luckily no shite, just water, but it could go that way fast if not addressed. Waiting to hear from the plumber.

A third of the way through this bowl of Stonehaven in a 1984 black sandblasted straight Dunhill Shell 4103 Billiard with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Sprite is my drink. Suzy and Molly were so happy to see me wake up that they allowed me to feed them. At least they didn't insist I bow and courtesy when I sat their plates on the floor. I did stick out my pinky finger to show some class.

Now smoking FVF in a 2014 Savinelli Gaius smooth brown slight bend black acrylic stem and ferrule 320KS author. Comparing this fresh stuff to the 2009 version. Seven years sure makes a positive difference, and I like FVF fresh.

H&H Virginia Spice in a MM second.
I find this topic quite interesting even though I don't post here very often. The number of different blends some members smoke in a day amazes me. I suppose it is because I am an everyday blend kind of person. I smoke one blend the majority of the time. Now it is Virginia Spice. It was ODF until the deeming regs. I smoke eight ounces a month of my regular blend. I had to find a new blend because I could never stockpile enough ODF to last me twenty plus years.

Heard this morning on the radio Cubs are three games away from "clenching." Was moving fast and didn't catch if that was a playoff position or the division. Pretty good either way for September 13. The BoSox broke their jinx. Cubs appear strong. Maybe it's their year?
Enjoying Germain's King Charles in a rusticated two note bent Don Carlos. Perhaps my taste buds are all wrong but maybe they're evolving as I really sense this one is Oriental forward. Two firsts here as I've never detected this before in another tobacco except Robert McConnell Oriental which is obviously named for a dummy to make that observation. I also really find them both extremely enjoyable which I didn't, Orientals that is, when I first took to the pipe.
Drinking Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest. Why not? Seven workdays and a wake up until retirement. Surely they don't expect blood anymore now.
