G'evenin'Gents'An'All, enjoying some G Uncle Tom's mix in my big Slav folk "fair" twin guest pipe. Feeling sick of the concrete jungle after walking old Pop , amidst the glass boxes , brick & tin car & tv types, recalled reading Walden by Thoreau, a lot of water beneath the bridge since then, I browsed Wikipedia on Walden & all the literati philosophical humbug, & felt content with my pipe & silent room & chair, reflecting on youthful jungle fever, whether of the Philosophical variety or whatever. The spirit of the pipe amidst cruel civilisation. Enjoy your weekend folks, Bye'All.

Hi guys & gals, This is a link Glyn Hughes page "A Hundred Books" where he abridges some classic books into short reads, this is an abridgement of Walden or a Life in the Woods by Henry D Thoreau, it can be read in less than 30 minutes. This link takes you to his Squashed Philosophers site where the "good" philosopher Glyn, abridges the best of Western & world philosophy, for those readers who have a little time to enjoy a book. I am smoking some mild aromatic Clan in my MM maple Country Gentleman with a cup of chocolate milk shake, in the silence...enjoy folks.

Relaxing after a wonderful chicken casserole dinner and am about half way through this bowl of 2012 Anniversary Kake in a smooth medium bend 1979 Chippendale (Charatan second) Rhodesian 49 with a black vulcanite stem. M'lady made a chocolate meringue pie that's cooling for yours truly, so I'll have a couple slices in a short while.

G'afternoon'All, walked Pop in the rain, & walked in the heavy rain up to the local field & sat on the verandah of the big house museum, puffing on my Kong guest horn pipe, some unknown English blend, the young ladies were playing rugby in the torrential rain , they seemed to be having fun, a male soccer match started & after the ladies finished some young male rugby players were warming up to play in the rain. Walked home under the weather, bye 'All.

C&D Kajun Kake in an unfinished Savinelli Lumberman, getting ready for some college football this afternoon. I've read about mold problems with this blend; fortunately, I've never encountered any in my own stock thus far. I broke up the cake I'm enjoying now about two years ago, put it in a flip top jar and have been nursing it since. Could be wrong but believe I would have surely seen any issues in this sample by now if present? Maybe a bowl or two left from the original tin and moisture content is perfect without any dry time. It's also mellowed somewhat, great smoke for VaPer lovers with the additional time out of the tin. Drinking ice tea with lemon.
