I have all the tobacco I need, I am pretty content with the pipes I have...although of course, I will always be looking...So being in that state, I am not even looking to buy anything smoking related through the holidays...it is nice to not be disappointed.
I looked through the ads at Basspro, there are some awesome deals, but there is no way I am getting in line at midnight for a 5AM opening to hope to get in on 'While supplies last".
A coworker of mine told me that his brother in law last year went to Basspro the day before thanksgiving, took several boxes of ammo that was going to be on sale on black friday and put them into the plastic military looking ammo boxes and shoved it to the back of the shelf...showed up the next day at noon and checked out.

When I saw the lame discount on SP I darted over to TobaccoPipes to see if they were gonna beat it. No sale as of now on there. I don't think they'll have one. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it will pop up tomorrow.

Silly people making silly rules. I am sure all the bad guys were adversely affected.  I hear you, the limited run stuff or if I get lucky and catch an open window on the tough to get stuff and have the funds...not much to stop me. The sales don't motivate me much unless they coincide with the above...because you never see sales on Gawith, G&H, Pease, etc... |

I could have got a better price elsewhere for the order I just made, but I like to give my business to smokingpipes. They've always been good to me.
My ordering is done until after the holidays, unless that store credit starts taunting me.
