What can be said in New Year rhymes, That’s not been said a thousand times? The new years come, the old years go, We know we dream, we dream we know.-- Ella Wheeler Wilcox, The Year (excerpt) IRC International Mixture in a Giuseppe Tallarico beechwood poker. Happy New Year, my friends!

Now smoking Luxury Twist Flake in the Rossi Sitting Rusticated Billiard with an acrylic stem. Flat ginger ale with ice is my drink. I'm watching a documentary on young kids disappearing and washing up dead in Humboldt County. Really sobering. Not a good New Years tv show. None of us here are really into this holiday anymore. Party-wise. We just sort of talk about New Years in the past. I think that sort of thing happens to everyone eventually.

Outstanding idea, Tsal...think I will join ya with a little of what I have left of Long Cut with a bit of Irish Condor Plug shaved into the mix... in an old Grabow Grand Duke that I have modified abit by sanding the bowl to let the grain show on the surface of the pipe, leaving the dark stain on the carved part.

Coming up is my last smoke of 2018 which I hope will swirl upwards to form the words Good Riddance. In the Charatan's Make Special Billiard 4420X. Happy New Year. See you in the next monthly thread under the same heading. Well, better post this before Jim Inks opens the 2019 thread.

FMC in my MM Patriot. Only halfway through, so I guess it will be my first smoke of 2019 as well. Not a bad way to start the year.
Happy New Year to you all! I hope it's a great one!

Very late (or early) start tonight. I am about to light up some 4 year aged Pegasus in the Choquin 342 pipe with a bottle of 2018 Sierra Nevada Celebration Fresh Hop IPA along side.
