No wife, longer life๐๐ Is this backed by statistics? ๐ If I remember correctly it is not, though the gap is closing (especially with the changing nature of relationships.). However what is true generally might not apply to each individual and who knows what tomorrow might bring. ๐

5 Years ago . 35 yrs ago . Is that an Yamaha SG ? I thought about buying one back in the day. What amplifier(s) do you own now? Guitars? Sorry QM , just saw this ... I forget ? The red {flame} was an Ibanez 'Artist' . I think the brown 1 was Yamaha ? Now I just have 2 strats' {fenders} & a Roland jazz chorus .

In 2005, I saw that Bunn VPR brewer on EBay brand new for $100, and had to have it... it has never skipped a beat, built like a tank. It makes a gallon of brewed tea or a pot of coffee in 3 minutes. Take the sprayhead off, and in less than a minute you have a pot of really hot water for stews and soups.

Update: I think I may have answered my own question. Is it the Bunn 33200.0015?

Perhaps I should have led with Ibanez Artist as, at the time, it was the better known of the two guitar lines (similar shapes). There were a few reasons I was leaning towards the Yamaha including the cost, quality and workmanship, though both guitars hit allot of the same notes and could have served as solid backups to my main instrument, the Les Paul custom. They have complimentary actions/feel and tonal/sustain qualities (The original & custom Paul Reed Smith lines also came to mind but were even more cost prohibitive.). Nice I enjoy Strats as well (though I have not played in years :-( ). My Strats, with one exception, are Frankensteins that I have or plan to put together. They are made from American Fender bodies and hardware (with one exception). Warmoth and an All Parts necks make up the rest and the pickups vary.

Well I have a transformation when I get into the cab of the truck....yeah, that is my Meer billiard, I can get away smoking in the house when the doors can be left open. My wife had valley fever some years back, did a number on her lungs, so I self impose most indoor restrictions....man, Valley Fever is nasty, Charlie... lost a couple of friends to it when I lived in Modesto "a million" years ago...

Yeah, it came close to doing her in...real touch and go for awhile. A bad diagnosis, and lazy office staff tht forgot her lab results in a pile for a few weeks didn't help.

It has a character unlike anything else in my collection.
