1Q is in a jar on my bookshelf. I enjoy aros as much as I enjoy English and other non aro blends. Casey Jones is pretty much 1Q but better..much better.. not sure how this happens but it does.. Which Casey Jones? I'm showing 3 on P&C.

I'd also like to know which Casey Jones. I've eyed them up a few times, but always found something else to buy.

I used to be an exclusive nonaromatic smoker. One thing that bothered me was how implicitly or explicitly snobbish some of my fellow nonaromatic smokers could be. Aromatic puffers were treated like kids who still needed their bike's training wheels. Personally I find aromatics are a nice change of pace, a means to cleanse the palate and/or in the case of hybrids, English/Virginia like aromatics, a unique interpretation. Bottom line, smoking aromatics is a legitimate experience as well. To me aromatics are the "cobs" of the pipe world. You have some people that would never "lower" themselves to cob smoking and those are the people that miss out on a great pipe smoking experience. Likewise some people will never smoke an aromatic for the same reason.

I am a 1Q fan. I have had the Casey Jones Hero's blend. It reminds me of Captain Black Gold. I like 1Q better. I don't smoke a steady diet of 1Q, but I always have some on hand and take a pouch with me when I plan on smoking in public. People tend to more agreeable to the note and I get more compliments than dirty looks. So, there's that
