Just finished smoking Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in the second pipe I ever bought, a 1974 three quarter bend black groove carved Dr. Grabow Omega with a black vulcanite stem.

Pretty incredible day of college football yesterday which lasted well into the night. Starting off the day with Hearth and Home Magnum Opus in a 2013 Boswell black and tan 1/2 bent billiard, drinking Trader Joe's coffee before sunrise.

Almost half way through this bowl of G&H Cannon Plug in a 2013 bent MM Missouri Pride Legend. A bottle of Mountain Dew made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Waiting to watch Mad Dog Russo at the top of the hour. Today is Vin Scully's last broadcast. Sure gonna miss Vin.

C&D Epiphany in a smooth straight grain Radice chimney, drinking ice tea while watching NFL. Could be a dedication here as the pipe and tobacco combo appears to work particularly well for me.

Part way through this bowl of 12 year old Penzance in a 1990s smooth Peterson Captain Pete XL80 bulldog with a black vulcanite stem and p-lip. Vin Scully has called his last game. He did it with class, dignity, a little humor and professionalism. If he felt any sadness, he didn't show it. A true pro to his last words.

Relaxing after a wonderful chicken and dumplings dinner with a bowl of aged Hal O’ the Wynd in a smooth three quarter bend 1970s Charatan Belvedere 4211DC with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. Sleepy Suzy is by my side, worn out by Molly, who kept jumping on her, wanting to fight. Suzy battled for a couple of minutes, then jumped on my chair, so she could snooze. Molly's now resting on mlady's lap.
