Kershaw's playoff woes continue; however, in all fairness he never seems to get much help. Cleveland and Chicago World Series it is. I haven't looked at the schedule yet. In a 2-2-1-1-1 format I'd go with the Cubs; nevertheless, the home team has a more significant advantage in a 2-3-2 format (which I despise) in which case I'll go with Cleveland in a mild upset.
Last smoke of the evening is Germain's King Charles in a rusticated 3/4 bent Ascorti Business pipe, A&W Root Beer 10 before bed.

Now smoking Dunhill 221B Baker Street in a 1970's medium bend big bowl rusticated Sienna colored Savinelli Estella with a pearl grey stem. Have enough left for a small bowl. Just finished work in time to throw catnip toys and earplugs to Molly, who has been very patiently waiting. I expect Suzy will join in, too.

Last smoke of the day is Heine's Blend in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.49) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega with a black vulcanite stem. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Couldn't sleep and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of Villager English Export in a 1978 slight bend CAO Turk's Head Meer with a yellow acrylic stem. Suzy is happy about it, but she's the only one who is, grumble, grumble, grumble. At least I'm getting a smoke in.

Finishing off my open tin of Cornell and Diehl Exhausted Rooster this afternoon. Probably two large bowls left so I'll stuff it into my 2014 and 2015 Alfred & Son Rhodesians this afternoon while watching NFL and drinking a couple Coors Lights.

Now smoking year 1978 MacBaren Dark Twist Roll Cake in a 1988 smooth full bend Peterson System Standard XL 315 with a black vulcanite stem, nickel band and p-lip. Have enough for one more bowl. Enjoyed a couple of big hamburgers and potato salad for dinner. M'lady baked an apple pie which is cooling now.
