Hello Friend,
I used to accept credit card payment and there are companies that transact the credit card payments between banks for merchants. Then apparently some web merchants were selling cigarettes to minors and when the attorney general of New York found out about it he threatened the credit card companies with prosecution if they were involved. Merchants must be able to verify the buyer’s age so my credit card company stopped working with me even though I don’t sell cigarettes. Since I no longer have a brick and mortar store I cannot verify age. The only companies I could find were in China and I’m not comfortable with that.
I began using Pay Pal instead of credit cards but Pay Pal won’t let me advertise that on my web site (tobacco dealer). I can accept payment through Pay Pal (jackpetetob@gmail.com) I just can’t advertise it.
For the remainder of January orders of $25 or more will have free shipping (does not include Bargain tobacco or orders outside the U.S.A.
