I'm JimK and have been a pipe smoker for a little over 40 years now. I guess I've gone the whole gamut from aromatic cherry, vanilla, liqueur blends, to English/Balkan blends. Over the last six or eight years I've begun to switch to Vaper blends. My current favorite is a Dunhill knock-off of their Elizabethan blend. A couple of tinned tobacco favorites are Esucudo Navy Deluxe, and Orlik Golden Slices.
As for other hobbies, I enjoy shooting muzzle loading fire arms, camping & hiking, and foreign languages (I'm slowly teaching myself French). My vocation is instructor of guitar, banjo, and fiddle at a private, non-profit school of music. And I also play guitar, fiddle, and sing in a rock'n'roll band called Getty Township.
I look forward to making your acquaintances, and sharing insights about our hobby.
