This is the only way I post pictures. Works great on mobile phones too. Free. No sign up. Easy peasy. Imgur.com Choose image from your library. Scroll down to “hotlink” copy and paste. That’s it.   |

Maybe I was thinking of a different site....my bad. That said, I wasn't thinking of pop-ups - just ads all over the website meaning I find it hard to see where I need to click. |

There’s one ad at the top center. . The pictures posted above is what the site looks like. I’ve tried several image sites and this has been the most painless so far.

I've been liking imgbox.com. They make it easy to grab a link to just the image. I'm sure there's other good ones too though.

I use Imgur exclusively. I just call up the picture I want to post then go the BBCode tag and hit copy. I then post to my message and the picture shows up. One step and it's done. If I want to post to the chatroom I hot copy on the Direct tag.

I’ve found that postimages is easy and effective, even from my phone. Plus, it’s free, so far anyway.

@ taiguy: It's Images you post, not Posts.
Log in to imgur. Click your username in the top right and select Images.
Click on the Image you want to post here.
Over on the right, click the Copy button next to Direct Link.
Then, when you click the Image button at the top of your post here, you can paste the link to the image, and it will appear here as a picture.
