Last smoke of the day is Heine's Blend in the third pipe I ever bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight French briar Hadley Apple with a black vulcanite stem. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Now smoking Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Grape Nehi made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Watching the Mad Dog as Suzy chases cat nip balls around the den. Molly crawled into a bag with her favorite toy, and is napping.

1980's (as represented by Pipestud???) Gallaher Mellow Virginia... I wouldn't call it mellow... very similar to Royal Yacht, but with a slight Lakeland bent.

Half way through this bowl of McClelland 2000 in a 2015 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend tomato military mount with an aluminum accent, horn ferrule, and cumberland p-lip stem. This will finish my open stash of it. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink as I watch the Cubs-Indians game.
