Last smoke of the evening is 2016 Christmas Cheer in my imp meerschaum. One more thing I'll add about this one is that it appears to vary from recent renewals in terms of moisture content. Some of previous renewals have required significant drying time - not so with this one. 20 minutes is perfect. I seldom have any blend go to grey dry ash in the bottom and don't usually bother smoking the heal but this is fine stuff all the way to the bottom for me.
Good job with this one by McClelland, perfect tweaking.

Going to smoke the last few coins from an open tin of Escudo this afternoon. I have over 20 tins in the cellar and don't remember the last time I didn't have an open tin in a flip top jar, 2012 maybe? I have a lot of other VaPers on hand, am going to smoke them in 2017 and allow my Escudo stash to age one more year.
Loading up a couple coins in a Pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock second Rhodesian, drinking a pint of Guinness Stout, watching college football.
