Well I seem to finally be over that awful cold I had for the most part. Inaugural smoke in my first Tinsky pipe. Some Germain’s Brown, and a Newcastle Brown Ale👌👌

Made a cup of coffee and went outside to sit under a tree, where I filled up the big bowl on my Boswell and fired it up. It was one of those times where everything burns perfect, tamps perfect and draws perfect. When it was over, I had enjoyed it so much that I went inside and made another cup of coffee, came out, re-filled and started all over again. And darned if the second bowl wasn't just as nice as the first!

My youngest daughter just dropped me off after an incredible lunch/dinner at Longhorns. Good that I had no breakfast today, because the 18 oz. NY Strip steak has claimed digestive dominion. The best such that I've ever had in this area. Only had them this good up north. I'm impressed. Anyhoo, sitting back now at home and reaching for Casey Jones: Hero's Blend, in the Barling 156 EL billiard, pre-transition Ye Old Wood.

Loading up the last of my 2013 Marlin Flake now. And that's ok because I just got more.
