I am moving to Udon Thani where I should be able to get a two bedroom for around 250 us per month. This is after all my surgeries and so forth. I plan on converting one of the bedrooms into a small office where I'll be able to get more work done. I may convert an old Mac Plus into a functioning rasperry pi cabinet. The question is the nine inch 4:3 opening for the monitor. Does anyone have any ideas? I want a kind of "chic", DIY, minimalist computer. I think this could be a winner.

Sorry I'm of no help in this area. I'm doing good just learning to upload pictures to this forum and getting an avatar upright. Surely there's some computer guys hanging around that have some ideas. I hope your move is smooth sailing though and it sounds like a really cool project. 💪

If you arn't set on a Raspberry Pi, you could see if a tablet wit bluetooth kb would fit.Might look into small portable Tv/Monitors with a HDMI connection.Check out Linus Media Group vids on youtube, they did a few retro fits (sleeper) gaming computers a few years back.
