Fellow Aro-Nerds, what is your favorite chocolate aromatic blend?
I remember reading some reviews on a blend years ago where the reviewers were raving that the blend "tasted just like a chocolate milkshake". I cant remember which blend it was, but I managed to dig up a chocolate blend that was sitting around in a jar for a number of years. Strangely, it still had a chocolate flavor albeit it was very much in the background. There was some spice with had me guessing that there was a burley component as well.
I have also tried Bobs Chocolate Flake from GH. While I liked that blend, it wasnt chocolate-y enough and had some tonquin flavors which aren't entirely my cup of tea.
So what floats your chocolate boat? Tin or bulk, I am listening!

Here’s a couple....in no particular order. Sometimes smoked straight or blended:
Sutliff Chocolate Mousse
Scotty's Butternut Burley because you can actually taste the chocolate in the smoke.
ERR Match, smoked straight has a light natural cocoa taste
Bob’s Chocolate Flake, good to blend with. A number of pipers find it a bit soapy.........YMMV. All depends on one’s Ph.

I've been tempted with getting Bob's Chocolate flake.
I do have Solani 656, which I have in my cellar but I don't want to open it yet.
Thanks for the suggestions. This is one to keep an eye on.

I like the chocolate overtones in Solani ABF, Uhle's Perfection Plug Burley and (sometimes) ERR Match or Sutliff Breckenridge.

My current favorite is Sutliff Chocolate Truffle. The most chocolate flavor I have found is Russ O's Candy Cane Cocoa. It has a Peppermint and chocolate flavor that is really top shelf.

I also smoke Two Friends' English Chocolate. I dedicate a Brebbia Ninja Squat tomato for it and enjoy it quite often. A well balance blend for me.

Apparently no one makes a chocolate cherry blend. Russ O needs to get busy!

I don't think Lane makes it anymore but I bought it from Dunhill shops as My Mixture A29,000. It had a very strong unsweetened baking coco room note.

Cult BRM has a noticeable Chocolate component. It was the first thing I noticed when I first smoked it and a very smooth chocolate presentation at that.

Country Squire, Tabac du Chocolat. Very chocolatey. That will be on my next order. Speaking of Country Squire, I had an opportunity to try their Thin Mint blend, which they sell for IPSD week. Its exactly as it sounds - chocolate and mint. It did have a nice chocolate note throughout the smoke, but the mint took center stage. It burned well for an Aro and only required two lights to keep it fired up. I recommend it if anyone likes the chocolate-mint combo.
