And you believe in reincarnation, who from the past would you like to be reincarnated as with a similar personality?
As for me, I can honestly say Abe Lincoln, a strong man with an enduring legacy.
With my luck I’d come back as a middle finger on a proctologist’s hand and the latex would break!!

He doesn't have the same personality as me, but I would go for John Calvin. I'd love to have his theological understanding.

Perhaps Martin Luther, but I hope I don't have to come back!

Myself, good or bad, that's all I know is to be myself.

I don't know the answer to this. I think I would like to come back as some sort of animal, or wild beast or something. Perhaps a Jackalope

This is the Patch. so who would any of want to be. Duh.. Jim Inks of course! Or Mike McNiel.
There have been so many great men and womem through time. Many of whom we have never heard of and never will I’m sure. In my life circle, I have looked up to and respected different men and women. Each who has had some Influence on my life. So I would hope to come back as a little bit of each one.
But the way I feel today. It will be a Three-Toed Sloth

As it already feels like I am paying off some serious karmic debt, I’d settle for not coming back!
But if I have to be reincarnated, it’s not a specific person I would want to be, but a time and place where personal responsibility was a thing and if I wanted to smoke tobacco, I wasn’t looked at like I was murdering a baby or something (see previous comment about karmic debt). Where political correctness was using the right fork at the dinner table, or is that manners? A world where men and women worked together for the betterment of all, not seemingly cross purpose.
Ok, time to put away the soap box and do some work.

I've had enough Joy an certainly pain in this life time to last 10 life times. So I pass on coming back again.

I feel like I have done this and I am ready for the next chapter. If I have to come back I will just have to accept what I get.

If I had to come back to Earth...I'd like to come back as one of my chihuahuas...and in charge of/owned by me, of course.

When you die you simply go back to the same exact state that you were in before you were born you simply did not and do not exist. But if it was true I would come back as Pierce Brosnan. Good-looking and got lots and lots of nookie.

I'll go out on a limb a bit here...my faith recognises the possibility of reincarnation...
Until a few years ago I'd have scoffed at the idea, but I've had vivid experiences of hunting stags with flintlock muskets in ancient forests which I've never visited...

There are several motivational speakers whom I have a great deal of respect for.. Winston Churchill and Billy Graham are two who come to mind.

Vlad the Impaler!
Actually Henry Ford. In middle school, in Michigan, I had to do a report on him. Hes an interesting fella. Assembly line for mass production has completely changed the world.

My heroes are Seneca the Younger, Marcus Aurelius, Teddy Roosevelt, Epictetus, Winston Churchill, and Cormac McCarthy.
If I had to pick from those, I suppose I'd go with Seneca. He had a hard life, but he was incredibly intelligent, kind, and courageous.
Teddy would be fun, though.

When I go I want to zip around the galaxy as pure energy and check things out. Not sure if I have given enough money to any organized religion to get a ticket to Heaven if there is such a thing. Would like to be Eric the Red and discover North America and Greenland and leave better clues.

I think this body is just a vehicle for my soul, when this body wears out I think I'll go into another one and continue the journey until I have accomplished whatever the universe has in-store for me then throw me a whole kick some dirt on me
