More Dunhill Ready Rubbed.
Tin's next to me with a few pipes. Probably gonna be an all night thing.
Buddies are embroiled in a videogame. I'm just just chilling. Currently the Blue Oyster Cult: Secret Treaties album is tickling the Bose.

About a quarter of the way through this bowl of Dunhill Elizabethan Match in my trusty 1970s smooth three quarter bend Peterson System Standard 305 with a black vulcanite p-lip stem.
My long time friend Greg Booker passed away today. We played a lot of baseball together when we were kids from little league to high school and American Legion ball. Greg was a good athlete: 3 sport star in high school, and he played sports at Elon College. Book spent part of eight seasons as a pitcher in the major leagues (Padres, Twins, and Giants), and spent many years as a scout and pitching coach for various teams. RIP.

Spent the day going to the Rennaisance Pleasure Fair on comp tickets....had a great time, never realized that the place is so big with so many permanent structures right down the road in Gold Canyon. None of the frisky nonsense that takes place at so many public venues, so i was able to carry my .45 on my hip, and my 1890 Charles Maas Meer on my lip...got a lot of compliments on smoking Stokkebye Nougat. I tried to find a period specific pipe style...but the Rennaisance period is roughly 1300-1600...Sir Walter Raleigh wasn't born until 1552...so I slyly pulled a Marty McFly. I told the wife that next year we are headed to the saucy Maiden/ Craft Beer event where smokers are welcome...not kid friendly they tell me.

Hiland's Black Gold in the W.O. Larsen Handmade. Espresso. Cool water. Losing interest in "The Walking Dead." Lost interest in Walking Dead a long time ago. I like a lot more sci fi and a lot less social commentary. Couldn't agree more guys. It's too bad. It had so much potential.

...that's our main complaint... the sermonizing is becoming tedious... Not to mention the "come on... really" moments. Haha like a head-shot with a shotgun at 40 yards. And why does no one wear long sleeves?! Take an old work shirt and wrap a couple roles of duct tape around the sleeves. No human teeth are getting through that. Haha Yes. +1

I've got several jars open at the moment (including some Arango Balkan Supreme) that I want to finish before opening anything new. The warmer weather is asking for a transition from English blends to VaPers so I'm eager to finish out my first tin of Escudo before diving into some different VaPers.

Except for Sutliff Matured Red Virgina...that stuff is evil, will make you sterile, will cause your hair to full out and you'll go blind. DO NOT BUY IT I have a pound of 515 RC-1 (matured red Virginia) arriving on Tuesday! Do you really not like it, or are you kidding? I LOVE that stuff!!!!!!!!! I have three pounds in the cellar.

I can't eat anything but chicken broth today as I am being scoped tomorrow.
My club defeated our arch rivals 2-1 today. I remember for years not being able to watch my boyhood team play because there was no broadcast. It's so lovely today with the internet, you can watch TV from anywhere in the world.
So I'll have a few pipes instead. I started the day with Missouri Meer straight cop filled with Haunted Bookshop.
Next I think I'll work my way up to Vintage Syrian in one of the Petes.
