I don't think many other UK distributors take this approach. Perhaps incorrect but my understanding is the policy results primarily from credit card company requirements; however, some individual distributors have unilaterally decided not to deal with the hassle of alternative payment methods and simply refuse to ship across the pond. GQ’s individual policy would appear to support that conclusion.
