I am going to be in Norfolk for a couple days, never been before and would like to know good pipe/tobacco shops and or other cool items to check out when I am there.I think my trip will end up being mid-May but not sure yet.I'm not sure how much time I will have on the ground there so looking to make it count.
Thanks,

I'd urge anyone with with no knowledge of the opiate like substance Kratom to do some research before spending money at an establishment that peddles in it. Just a suggestion.

I did not stop here to purchase Kratom or anything to do with vaping.....not my thing. However I did purchase some well aged tobacco’s I could not have found elsewhere. I met a pipe smoker who frequented this establishment and had nothing but high praise. You’ll find bad reviews as well as very good reviews. If your ever near West Virginia I highly recommend WV Smokeshop....FIVE STAR customer service.

I did my research and have been using Kratom for awhile now. I'll take naturally derived medicine that's thousands of years old over Big Pharma any day. As with anything you might ingest, don't be stupid and take 10 times more than you should.

Heads up, thats a rough town, and it really always has been. Portsmouth and Newport are even worse. Keep your car locked and be careful.

My favorite part of staying in Va Beach (Norfolk area) was making the trip up to Colonial Williamsburg in the Fall/Winter. Cold nights with the fires going and the cider flowing there were terrific.

Years ago. Sailor friend of mine, you see. Well, this guy was coming home from work one day. He said that there were two guys shooting at each other. One guy was out barbecuing and drinking a beer. He went in his house, got his gun out, shot back at both of them. Continued grilling his meat. This was in portsmouth. I think that area has always had his dark elements and bad vibes. Like most sailor towns, dockyards, shipbuilding towns, and liberty ports. My goodness, look at Pattaya. If I hear dueling banjos, I'm going to enjoy the music!
