Standard Tobacco and Scandinavia Tobacco Group's US subsidiary, Meiers & Dutch, have entered into a sales agreement for the trademarks of SToP's John Cotton, Bengal Slices, Murrays and Dobies pipe tobacco blends effective March 14, 2019.
We are sure that M&D, through Pipes & Cigars, will continue to manufacture and sell the entire SToP line of pipe tobacco blends that have gained many fans over the past years. Fans of these blends can look forward to other new offerings in the future as well.
We thank the pipe smoking community for their incredible support and hope that you will continue to enjoy the blends we've provided for your smoking pleasure.

Have enjoyed many of the SToP blends...all the War Horse blends are pretty terrific in my book which is why I cellared them in particular. Haven't tried the John Cotton blends yet but looking forward to getting some. Bengal Slices, too...great tobacco flavor.

So that with the sales of the product John, will you and Dan, along with Simon no longer be in the day to day operations of Standard Tobacco produced products?

Charlie, None of us are involved any longer other than rooting for the blends to prosper in the future.

Happy to hear that the SToP blends are going to continue. They were my first blends when I started pipe smoking and I love all of them and have stocked up on them pretty heavily.
