Yep, they got me this time. I've been working on a cart all morning at TP, but when I seen that email I switched over.
It doesnt help that P&C is the only place to get my beloved Anniversary Kake.

I love it, just ordered a pound to add to what I already have stashed away. It's even better with some age. Walt gave me some a while back and I'm not sure how old it was, but it was much smoother and richer.
I wanted to get some Marble Kake too, but I really dont need to fall in love with another blend that is 50 a pound.

I'm making a small order as I spent too much recently but got a few blends I'm looking to sample. Anniversary Kake is one of them. Of all Russ' Vapers, I think Anny Kake is the best. Louisiana Red is pretty good. I kept it in the wood barn for a good summer smoke before I moved back to town. I have a half dozen tins of Anny Flake I tossed back in cellar but have never tried. I'm guessing it'll be pretty good too in another five to six years. |

Never fails, I put an order in last night and a sale comes today. Might as well order more. They're pretty good folk with which to conduct business. They don't ping your card until your order is shipped so you might give them a call and see if they'll apply the sale. |

Haha. Well, in the last year I've stored away A LOT of tobacco. I have my favorites stacked deep, and a wide variety of other things. I probably wont even buy a pound a month.
You'll see what I mean when I post my 1 year cellar update. After that, no more pics of my stash, it will be a mystery.
The trophy hunting is more rewarding at this point. I was happier with a recent order of 2 tins of Marlin Flake than I was from my last "cellar stock up" order of 3 1/2 pounds.

I'd try to get the discount but they gave me a twenty dollar credit that they didn't have to on a couple pipes I bought so I don't want to push my luck. |

It is too bad that one cannot apply this discount to the H&H Marquee tins already on sale. Last year, I scored items at 30-40% off doubling up. Still one can acquire some good discounted tobacco during the sales at P&C.

My order came in and looks great. After hearing good things about Anniversary Kake (and again in this thread), I finally got me some and will be loading up a pipe tonight with it. I've already stuck my nose in the bag and its got me excited.  |
