When I press two or three different tobacco’s into a plug I use the bottom of a 3.5 ounce tobacco tin with a piece of steel cut a bit smaller that just fits inside the diameter of the tin. I place clear wrap inside the tin, line and cover the tobacco. Top with steel plate and two Irwin clamps that work amazingly. I usually get a nice size square plug I cut into quarters with my razor sharp Ulu knife.
Ken, your system looks well crafted, very professional 👌👍👍

I cranked mine down until I split the wood blocks that I had on the ends. The 2nd time around I put metal washers on each side, that helped me get a few more turns out of it. The chunk of Boneyard was cranked down over a period of a few weeks, to the point that I couldnt even turn the clamp with a cheater bar I havent pressed anything in a while. Back to the regular scheduled programming. what's this "Boneyard"...?

I stumbled on it a while back. It's a strange mix. I suggest dumping itin a bowl and thoroughly mixing it after breaking apart all the random flakes that are in it. Unless you like to be surprised with every bowl, then smoke it as is.
I havent smoked any in SEVERAL months. These damn Virginia's wont let me go!!
