Good to see you, Ted...Love that pipe, Sid...looks like a sweet calabash...makes me want to smoke one of mine. So...Bengal Slices in a small rusticated cauldron..close to calabash shape. Got a gourd calabash from the 60's...but it is awkward to hold while reading...maybe next time.

Out on the patio, rainy and grey outside. I however am enjoying this weather with a βfranken-bowlβ in my Cobbitshire, worked out to be a nice surprise.Hot black tea on the side.

I just finished a bowl of roadsdiverged RD Mix in a Savinelli Oscar prince with a repair band and lucite stem. RD Mix is a blend of Sutliff 515 RC-1, dark fired Kentucky and perique.

First a bowl of Mississippi River followed by a bowl of GLP Lagonda in a Mehmet ali Barinci Meerschaum, straight billiard, smooth with silver ring. Just had the mortis/tenon and stem replaced by Walker Pipe Repair. He did a beautiful job and the stem isa beaut. Black and rose swirl Lucite.

Now smoking HU Directors Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem.
