I only just got Marble Kake yesterday and hope to light up a bowl to try in a week or two. As for Mississippi River, Its good. Yeah, just really good. If you try it and say "eh, its ok" I'd like to know what you think is better because maybe I havent tried that and it would save me money. lol

Just finished a bowl of Anni Kake in my BP PotY.
I'll revisit the Marble Kake later tonight or tomorrow afternoon. It didnt grab ahold of me like Anni Kake did on my first bowl. That's not saying much considering my first taste of Anni was already a few years old. Age really makes a difference on that blend and I'm sure it does with MK too. It wasnt a bad smoke by any means, and I'm sure that my root beer had my taste buds dulled a bit with all of the sugar.

Marble Kake, round 2, in my Savinelli 130ks. Just water this time, no overly sweet drinks. You're trying to talk yourself into liking it. Earlier had some SPC Mississippi River SP in a Kaywoodie panel from Scrooge. Now having some Plum Pudding SR in an unnamed Italian bent acorn with water. Last one for the night, got to get some sleep.

Relaxing after a wonderful pork chops and baked beans dinner, and for dessert, m'lady made strawberry ice cream. I'm part way through this bowl of Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight late โ50s, early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Going to clean some pipes.

Going to sit on the back deck in about 10 minutes now that it cooled down a bit and enjoy.......... Reiner Professional Blend dated 2009. An enjoyable aromatic that does not need to be sipped. Pipe of choice: Pipes of Malta Meer Billiard bowl. The shank is finished with a wide 18kt gold band and a wide comfortable saddle stem. Custom made for me in 1987 and purchased while living on The Island of Malta.
