Just learned that Tim Conway has passed away. He was a big influence to me in what I find funny in this world.
I'm posting one of my favorite comedy skit of all time.

adding condolences to Tim's family. always a laff riot when poor Harvey Corman couldn't keep from "losing it" just looking at Conway's sad puppy dog eyes.

That truly makes me sad. Very sad. He sure made a lot of us laugh and brought us joy with his unique style of comedy. A funny, funny man. Godspeed Mister Tudball. 😔

I was playing a cash game during WSOP at Cherokee. This guy reminded me of Mr. Tugball. I look over an he was shuffling down the aisle. We played a hand and he finally made it to my table and sat next to me. Never said a word, just stared blankly. After several hands I hear this noise like the A/C unit was going nuts. Turns out it was Mr. Tugball. Dude had the nuts and was breathing so hard he might hyperventilate. I quickly folded everytime he did that and yes he did win every hand when he was hyperventilating.
Love Carol Burnett show. Must of watched them a million times.

On the Tonight show reruns, they are showing appearances by the recently passed. Last night was Tim Conway and Doris Day the night before.

Other than "McHale's Navy", I never appreciated Tim Conway's humor. Certainly, many others did. He had a long career and was greatly loved. I am sorry he has passed.

I grew up watching the Carol Burnett Show and Conway's Disney movies. What a talented comedian and wonderful person. RIP, Tim Conway. Thanks for the memories.  |
