42F with expected high of 60F, above average for mid-winter here. Beginning with Frog Morton on the Town in a 1/4 bent Tinsky Black and tan Rhodesian, drinking Trader Joe's coffee. Walking this morning before more rain this afternoon.

Pittsburg Steelers were first team in approximately a decade to win an NFL playoff game without scoring a touchdown last night. Walked three miles this morning, now enjoying McClelland #2015 in a smooth Ehrlich Canadian, drinking hot green tea with lemon and planning the afternoon.

G'evening, smoking some fine Bell's Three Nuns in my Rattray's Butcher Boy , "Too Late the Hero, 1970 " , Montgomery Cliff smoking a cigarette , a Japanese speaking Lieutenant in communications , being sent on a special mission from his comfortable Pacific Island , dream comfortable war, by Superior Henry Fonda with five strange pipes on his desk , to join the limeys, classic actors in a mixed group of Scot's & limeys, with Michael Caine, Singapore escapees lead by Scots Colonel Thomson, Harry Andrews, no sign of pipes or whiskey on his makeshift headquarter desk, in an abandoned church , as the group go off on what is feared a suicide mission against the Japs, Colonel Thomson stands in the Church door like a concerned cleric, smoking what looked like a straight billiard (?), ongoing movie on YouTube, bye for now.
