Good morning Ladies & Gentlemen from Greece, the weather is weird here in Athens, one moment we have clouds & rain and the other we have sun. Danish Truffles - Fallion [new band and mouthpiece], single Greek coffee plus cool water beside me.

Couldn't sleep, so I'm smoking SWRA in a 1979 straight smooth Dr. Grabow Grand Duke 45 pot with a black stem. Suzy and Molly were delighted to see me come into the den. Glad somebody was, grumble, grumble. Well, at least I'm smoking, so it's not a total waste.

Sturk's Nutty Unscented in a MM Legend on this Cob Wednesday. Water. I have been revisiting some of my favorite blends in cobs of late, with surprisingly delicious results.

G'eve folks , Wednesday afternoon, , lunted to a new locale cafe an Algerian newbie, had an Americano coffee outside under cover, they have not got the hang of coffees nor British English yet, sat & puffed on my MM Ozark cherry mini pipe with Cap'n Black , I took along Ali my Gerbil in his little box & chatted with Ali & the passers bye....had a cheese butty & slices of melon for a lunch at the cafe with the cars , lorries & buses pouring out fumes. Then lunted beside the park lake with my gerbil Ali & the settled Canadian geese & Swans & mucky cygnets, ducks & coots & the little Dab ducking for food, enjoying some banter with passers, bye with their dogs & lovers, joggers & gangs, families & wannabees. The sun was setting behind the grey sky. A pied snipe made a quick look. Fed Pop & pets. Puffing on a fine English in my Parker Rhodesian. See Y'All.

Productive day. Picked up my new truck key, a $300 education. Dropped off my trash and recyclable items. I have so little it's not worth paying the city for curbside pick-up every week. I save about $24/month and it all adds up on fixed income. Washed the truck at the local self wash rack and walked two miles in the park afterwards. A full day for a retired dude. Time for a smoke and a beer. McClelland #2015 in an MM Country Gent and a Leinenkugel Northwoods Lager.

Peterson Luxury Blend. Ian Richardson I believe, perhaps the best ever. In the early 80s he was contracted to cover six episodes; however, due to legal complications only two were released in America, The Sign of Four and, of course, The Hound of the Baskervilles. Both were shown as HBO exclusives when it was still worth paying for, not so much now. Enjoying Hearth and Home Virginia Spice in a pre-1964 Peterson 312 System Standard with the forked P on the shank and three standard faux hallmarks (a crouched fox, windmill and shamrock) on the nickel band. Beautiful pipe made when Peterson was on top of their game. Not the original owner but one of my first Peterson purchases. Drinking ice green tea with lemon and looking at some financial reports with an eye on 2016 tax returns.
