Testing out a thrift shop find: Peterson Fishtail 86 with Dunhill Flake in the bowl.
I thought the stem was green until checking the pipe at home. Oxidation was so bad I had to scrape it off with a carbon blade. It still needs some finishing touches, will sand it down with micromesh next week. Other than that, it smokes just fine.

Man that's a deep chamber. I forgot to measure it, but I'd bet it's way over 1.5".

Why, I ask...none of us here are in that category....no fun in being mature...my shorts are mature enough for both of us (my shorts and me...not you). Speaking of mature...some McClelland 5100 (2013) in my ruby...a gem of a pipe from Cramps!

I don't know Sid, looking at your pictures from Greece and your meals in that beautiful place, I say you are always on vacation. I smoked Strang in a cob a few weeks back and it was subliminal, smoked some in a briar last week...yes, it was good, but not as good. Smoked some in another cob yesterday, back to heaven.
