didn't figger much action at this thread at this time....folks traveling, getting head start on "the meal" etc. Nothing like that here. Back 1/2hr ago from 2-miles power walks, no-band 5x50 for company. After feeding the Ed, '06 daVinci in SerJac Maxima 1/8 bent bulldog & continue with the huge holiday paper. If wifie up to it, much coupon clipping looking ahead. Right now, if the Social Services folks ever visit here, she'd be removed from house & placed in much better care than I could give.just IMO
36, not bad earlier but now nasty windy & sideways rain
Ed Duncan, Batavia, NY pipe/cigar since '62

Fired up some Peretti Thanksgiving in a Tom Spanu dublin. Not real impressed with this blend. Into the jar it goes and I'll try it again next year.

Dont have any cool seasonal blends but firing up some John Cotton DP Kentucky with some vietnamese coffee a friend from work gave me. Not bad. Coffee is a bit strong tho, even for my taste.

Butternut burley in my Rhodesian.

Wow, Gummo! Just noticed your profile pic, what a crazy movie! I’ve seen it more than one would like. Mainly because not many others have seen it so I end up watching it again. Get that F’in Rabbit! Been busy lately, but keeping them lit. Having some nice bowls with some pretty decent smoking weather. Happiness and much thanks on this day! Be well everyone.

Had my turkey sandwich and salad so now's time for dessert, some OGS in a BY ( 1946 ) Dunhill Shell Apple w/saddle bit . Back story on this pipe, my daughter bought this pipe from the Al Pascia web site and gave it to me for my 60th b'day. I went through Dunhills arcane dating system from the numbers stamped on the pipe and discovered it was a BY pipe ! Being an Algerian briar oil cured it smokes as good as an Edwards!
