 Larry look up to see if your KFC doesn't offer pot pies on Monday buy 1 get one free. Wife when in town on Mondays gets this special, so far they are pretty damn good.

I like the KFC chicken pot pies, but if you can find out when they come out of the oven, that is the best time to get them. Sometimes they sit too long. A great recipe using leftover rotisserie chicken from the store. Unlike the recipe though, I use the pastry topper on the bottom. Store bought pastry toppers (much easier, and good!) www.bhg.com/recipe/chicken/deep-dish-chicken-pot-pie/I meant to say that I put the pastry crust on top and bottom. |

Two cups of home made bean soup, Mayacobas and my own turkey stock with onions and garlic. A little green chile added.
The last of the Tuna Noodle Surprise I made over the weekend.

Nothing yet... but I have some leftover ham in the fridge that needs using. Going to mix up some ham, potato, and cheese casserole tonight. Good, hearty, stick to the ribs food. I'll post some pics later, but I suspect it won't be the prettiest of my creations, lol.

Fresh Brussels Sprouts from a stalk with carrots, steamed. A local beeve Chuck Roast in a Griswold iron pot with garlic, onions Bay leaf and Red wine. Mississippi Basmati in the rice cooker with diced tomatoes, water and curry seasoning.

I have never had the animal style burger, had the animal fries. I did a 4X4 once, ain’t doing that anytime soon. The good news is now you can get In-N-Out before you get to California. I love their food, and the employees are always top notch. Whataburger also puts out great food and service, but I prefer In-N-Out. |

Parents invited me over for pot roast and cauliflower garlic mashers so I took them up on that. Nothing like a good home cooked meal with family.
