Nothing ... and my stomach is letting me know about it! The cafeteria opens up at 1100 but what they will serve is always a mystery.

Beef Jerky and a piece of Edam cheese. Coffee and a soda going at the same time. Cause, choices. Lunch was Pollock of course these days they brag up the lowly Pollock like it is Flounder or Cod. That is as bad as pawning off Tilapia. I suppose it could be worse the mystery catfish from far away lands. GAWK...ACK...happens every time....go to war against "them"...50 years later we import food from them...might as well just poison ourselves right here at home instead of importing it from "their" lands.

All Bran cereal with Almond milk and RAISINS!
Then I made a borscht with cabbage and gold beets out of some of the beef stock prepared last week.
Tonight will be two chops cut from a boar killed in Wyoming recently. A friend brought them back.

Chili Dogs.and Wavy Chips..My favorite potato chips. Man I wish I could have chips, but you know what they say..."bet you can't eat just one"...why hell, if I eat one, I'll finish the bag every time, just no willpower...that's what made me the man I am today. there's a chili dog out there somewhere with my name on it, but no chips for a long ,long time...I'm glad you can enjoy them

I have a Jones and it is potato chips. No, I am not recovering. I am just in denial. Every now and then, I find an excuse for abuse. Woe is me, then.

This evening, pressure-cooked artichoke, Wild Boar Chops dipped in flour, dredged in egg and rolled in Panko with seasoning. Then into an iron pan with coconut oil. Squeezed with lemon. The meal will be rounded out with Brown Thai Jasmine Rice. Maybe a little garlic chutney.

Not sure my body could take that meal...the artichoke sounds great, not sure about the wild boar or the garlic chutney...sounds good though I have to admit.

Sirloin tips over caged egg noodles nests. The star of the show is fresh tarragon. For the life of me I am not sure how the egg gets in the cage.

Zummo's Boudin from Louisiana. Pretty good sausage. Got 6 packages in the freezer, but we don't eat it often because of the calories.

A fruit and grain bar and coffee. Where can you find Zummo's boudin in a supermarket?
