Is the deeming that is affecting pipe tobacco not going to affect snuff? I'm honestly not sure. It isnt generally sold through the US market anyway, you have to order from Europe, so maybe it will slip through? I hope so.
Here's the most recent info I could find … sounds like we are safe with snuff:
