I like this mix. Ill keep doing it. Tones down the hedges and cleans up the toast. I liked the hedges as is, so that didnt really need anything but the toast is so much more enjoyable with the hint of medicated in it! |

I found that recently I wasn’t sleeping through the night,
I have been using a fair amount of snuff during the day and I was waking up at night feeling like I couldn’t breathe through my nose l, and was wondering if I needed a C-PAP machine.
I started using the Dr. Neil saline rinse at bedtime, problem solved.
