Starting off early with some Viking Brown My piles are usually smaller, probably about half the size of yours, Cramptholomew, but I wind up taking 8+ of my smaller pinches a day Edit - I use the tip of spoon on my Czech tool so by my horrendous math, I take 1.5x your daily consumption in one sitting. I REALLY overserve myself! That said, the last few days I've been back to pinching, following Josh's earlier comment. Doing that brings me back to actually feeling the stuff again. Dunno why that method is more effective. |

Thors hammer again today. It's not my favorite, but it delivers everything I want.
2 piles on the back of my hand every 30 mins or so at work. I pinch when I'm at home and less nasty

I feel for you, Josh … I've got five 80 lb bags of concrete, 11 posts and 10 6x8 ft panels going up next week. Ugh.
Toque Lime Toast now … love the scent and feel but there is very little Vitamin N in there.
