Until I put my hearing aids I listen to... silence. But I have a coupla Bluetooth headphones when I want to listen to something else. And the latest system for my iPhone and watch alert me to sounds I have chosen for them to listen for: a dog, wateri running, car horn. The watch “bumps” me when it hears one of these, or others I can select and the watch screen tells me what it is. I looked for it, but there is no option for “zombie horde approaching.” Definitely a flaw in the programming.
