Listening to Chris LeDeux while sitting here ouside smoking a Padron, drinking coffee and watching Will rig a saddle he just got in. I love my life...and we love hearing about the last known cowboy...living the life! Some of us are jealous, my man!

You have heard all these songs watching movies and playing video games. You just never knew the name of the band.

Remember when the Chili Peppers were good and Flea rocked the funky base.

I love my life My brother in law Steve in Wichita, was good friends of Chris...it really broke his heart to lose his buddy...it was worse when he lost his wife, my sister...the best brother in law anyone could ever wish for, and rock solid in spite of what comes his way. Chris and Steve's picture is right behind his back out of sight in this shot.

Remembering McCoy Tyner with my favorite album of his, Revelations, recorded live at the NYC Merkin Hall in 1988. His version of Autumn Leaves played here was my first serious transcription I did on the piano.

I was in Seattle at the time for a few months, and I hated it. I did not fit. His song "Call of the Wild" was my soundtrack for that period. Been a fan ever since.

ROTFLMAO Thinking of bigwoolie in Seattle! 😁😂🤯 Kind of like Crocodile Dundee in NYC. When I first got there, that friend with the Chris LeDeux tape had an old Honda Civic that I drove. I thought I was gonna die. I thought that the traffic was literally gonna kill me. So I paid $150.00 for a 1972 Buick LeSabre and just put the hammer down. I figured that heavy beast would survive most any wreck, and at that price I could buy 1 a month. You should have seen the locals scatter when I blew through. I finally called my Momma, told her to put a pot of pinto beans on, I had enough of the city and was coming home. I sold that monster for $75.00 and caught the next flight out.

After over 20 years of not living around many, I find that I like people much more than I did when I was in the midst of millions.

Perhaps the greatest Jazz album of all times.
Bought it in 1968 and played it almost continuously.

The greatest cellist in the world is performing the Dvorak Concerto on the second half of this live concert that is taking place without audience.

After over 20 years of not living around many, I find that I like people much more than I did when I was in the midst of millions. Ah...the pleasure of being home where I don't have to see millions of people all heading somewhere I am not going...now all I see is the squirrels and birds and of course my sweet lil "baby"...who is presently spread out on the bed snoozin.

The Heath Borthers.
Had the pleasure of their concert in Santa Cruz, CA back around 1978.
